Barometric Pressure Diseases

Barometric Pressure is air pressure of our earth atmosphere. Which will go up and down accordingly to the environment changes. While lots of people may say, it is going to rain, do you believe I can predict raining?
Actually they may able to accurately predict barometric pressure changes in the air. Because they affected by Barometric pressure diseases.

Symptoms: Sudden migrain/joint pain, sudden sleepy, heat on affected body part.

It is commonly happen on old people, but that does not have any age limitation. As early as young age of kids can have such disease. This is more common in the 'wet' air pressure places. Also cause by sleep with wet hair, direct under air-con, always wet under rain.

There is no cure under medication reading so far. However below might be some info that could help you relief during attacks.

Short term / Immediate relieves

analgesic cream:- Counter pain/flanil
food: Gingers
Supplements: Bio Chondroitin, Bio Glucosamine

Wearing an magnetic necklace can help blood circulation also do give help to reduce the pain.
I did practice above reliefs help which I will seldom have the pain except there is heavy drop in pressure. Only will feel sleepy before raining. Hope it helps!

Oh ya, the pain may not at the same place, after certain period, maybe months or years, it may move from a body part to another.

Sunday food hunt

Yesterday was so fun...had more than 5 meals in a day...

Early in the morning 9am was awake, becoz hungry!

My dear woke up around 10.30am, we start to hunt for our breakie.

Teik Kee Fishball noodle

SS14 - Middle corner shop.

Famous on fishball noodle. Ipoh style, noodle with 4 fish ball @ RM 3.80.

Each fish ball additional RM 0.50 and other stuffed yong tou foo at RM 0.80-RM 1.50.

Fish paste with beancurd roll, meat ball, stuffed chilli, seafood tofu.

If you like Ipoh style noodle soup, you will like the taste here.

First time to this shop introduce by a friend.

I love raw fish, ordered Raw Fish porridge.

Fish is fresh. porridge is okay but not good enough as can be better if is more hot.

Maybe is franchised shop, it is more like local food cafe than a real porridge shop feeling.

Overall the food is good, but I think the coffee is even better. Had a great cup of hand roasted coffee. The taste is fantastic which I like more than the porridge. Price is average, slightly higher than coffee shop, RM 8.80 for a cup of coffee + raw fish porridge, is good and acceptable.

What a waste, my friend's son, Little D had a great fun there, making noise and cause a little bowl of porridge fell on floor, cause his mummy full of porridge.

Can recommend for a try....

Suppose to be very full after back to back of 2 meal. However, already in Taipan, manage to get a carpark and it is raining, I really don't want to miss out my chance to have a dessert. Walk to LYG Dessert.

I am freak of the yam cake of this shop. Ordered, Bubur Cha Cha, which common dessert but now seldom available at shop. Here you can have it hot or cold, I prefer take it cold. My dear ordered Hak Loh Mai (Black glutinous rice), my first time having this even though had heard long long time. Okay, good but not my preference. And we share a place of economy meehoon with fried egg.

Thought of next thing will be go home, enjoy my TV n sleep, therefore got my yam cake packed as snack, and don't think 1pc is enough for me and my dear, ordered 2pcs. Hehe... It is really nice, and I will sure I don't miss it every time I step into this shop.

The yam cake have lots of shallots and dried shrimp on top. Slightly sticky creamy cake with pieces of yam in between. Perfect match with its sweet sauce. The best yam cake I had so far.

Flood in Sabah and Johor 2011

It was early of the year, Chinese New Year is just round the corner. Watched quite a number of news and share link from fb about flood in Sabah and Johor. It became worst, my customer in Sandakan said it had been non stop raining for 6 days! Even here rain for 2 days non stop.
Cars and road was covered with flood. 2 dead and 37,000 people evacuated @ Catch up more news on the flood.
So pity to those stayed at affected area. Hope it gone fast, at least can clear and had a simple reunion dinner. It would be the least can be done. May all have a prosper new year and all the best start from New Year day.
