Had been tested and searched for couple of days for such tools.
Finally found an online photoshop with great function. you can crop round shape, delete those not required and guess what! you can even save on their server!
I have finally done my logo with it. Cool man! fatpaint

Your are welcome... Fatpaint is packed with advanced stuff, but it takes a while to figure out... Most people don't have the patience it takes to get to know the this great app.
